Liverpool Pride are looking for volunteers for this year’s event, Saturday 28th – Sunday 29th July!
The volunteer-led charity tackles homophobia, biphobia and transphobia across the Liverpool City Region and beyond.
Each year the city meets to march in a peaceful protest in honour of equality and diversity. Following this there is live music and entertainment from big names and local acts.
They are especially looking for young volunteers 18-25 to get involved, but over 25’s are more than welcome to volunteer too. You don’t have to be LGBT+ to volunteer either, they are looking for anyone who supports equality and diversity and people who want to gain experience.
You will be provided with an induction and training. There will be lots of different roles offering a variety of experiences. This includes;
Fundraising, Surveying, Meet & Greet, Merchandise Sales, Set up & Pack down, Invigilators, Curate the March, Market Crew, Support Stewards, Way Finding, Contacting Businesses, Organising Workshops, Gaining Sponsorship, Data Input, Advertising and Art & Design
