Citizens Advice Sefton are looking for volunteers with good telephone and IT skills to support clients with Universal Credit applications.
All volunteers will receive comprehensive training, which will take place on Mondays and Fridays over four consecutive weeks starting on Monday 4th March. Upon completion of the training we are requesting volunteers to commit to a minimum of one afternoon per week at either their Southport or Bootle offices. Any travelling expenses incurred will be reimbursed.
