Rotary International unites over one million members across the globe, uniting people to create positive change both in their local communities and internaionally.
Rotary International Great Britain & Ireland have recently launched a new programme called together Talks. Taking place every Tuesday from 19.05 and aims to strengthen volunteering and community action.
“together Talks are open to anyone interested in volunteering,” we were told by David Hartley PHF, President of the Rotary Club of Southport Meols “and have inspirational speakers from all over the world.”
Recent speakers include comedian and writer Tony Hawks, the Chief Executive of NCVO, Karl Wilding; and Australian Michael McQueen, who is a multi-award winning speaker and writer.
