Sefton Young People Encouraged to Join the Conversation

Young people aged 13-21 are being encouraged to join the conversation about Mental Health & Wellbeing at Sefton’s upcoming SYMBOL meeting.

Sefton Youth Making Better Opportunities With Leaders (SYMBOL) is a regular forum which offers young people the opportunity to engage with elected officials and key decision makers on issues that affect them. Previous meetings have looked at jobs & training, education and activities for young people in Sefton.

Taking part in SYMBOL meetings gives young people in Sefton the opportunity to play an active role in their community and help influence decisions that affect their peers across the borough.

SYMBOL meetings take place approximately three times a year, but you don’t have to commit to attending them all.

If you would like to find out more about getting involved in SYMBOL contact Sefton Young Advisors via young.advisors@seftoncvs.org.uk
