Energy and Boundaries in Volunteering – FREE Training session

With a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion, we’ll explore how different life experiences can affect people’s ability to say “no” and manage their time. Together we’ll share ideas, practise simple ways to set boundaries, and learn how to create a fairer and more supportive volunteering culture.
